Romanian seaside



Compete at the Romanian coast of the Mediterranean, renowned for its fine sand, high quality. Black Sea water salinity is low compared with other major continental and allows underwater sports and water in good condition. The beach area has a very low inclination. There are large areas of 100-200 m where the water does not exceed 1-1.5 m depth, any risk factor and thus excluded. The beach is east, which offers tourists the possibility of admiring the sunrise and a maximum brightness throughout the day.

Romanian Black Sea coast is between Cape Midia and Vama Veche north to south, with a length of 245 km. On the Romanian coast, there are over 150,000 beds in hotels, villas and rural locations. Located along the European route E87, the Romanian seaside resorts are Navodari, Mamaia, Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, Techirghiol, Costinesti, Neptun - Olimp, Jupiter, Cap Aurora, Venus, Saturn, Mangalia, 2 Mai and Vama Old.

Archaeological sites to visit in the coastal zone are Histria located on the shores of Lake Sinoe, Tomis Fortress ruins and Callatis Mangalia Archeological Museum, Museum of History in Constanta, Constanta and Mangalia Mosque, Church of St. Peter and Paul in the historic of the town.

Romanian Black Sea coast offers very good conditions for summer tourism practice and providing various resources as natural mineral spas and mineralized, sludge treatment, offered by the lakes near the coast: Techirghiol Tatlageac, Neptune, Belona, Ovidiu, Corby, Sinoe Navodari , Tasaul.
